Weighted Eye Pillow - Water Dreaming

Soothe sore and tired eyes and help relieve headaches and stress by using one of our beautiful handcrafted Weighted Eye Pillows... lay back and place the bag over your eye and temple region, gently molding it into shape... and simply enjoy! 

Each one is approx. 190g in weight including the removable cover... (this may vary slightly a gram or 2 depending on the weight of the fabric used for the cover) and is filled with Australian Grown Lupin Seeds. 

Fabric is designed by Ada Nangala Dixon.  Print positioning may vary from what is pictured.

Inserts measure approx. 10cms x 22cms made from 100% Cotton Calico.

Each cover measures approx. 11cms x 22cms and have an opening similar to a standard pillow case you would use on your bed so there are no zippers or scratchy Velcro closures to get in the way...  also made from 100% Cotton.

Use at room temperature to promote sleep... place on eyes 10 minutes before you hit the sack... or, incorporate with your next yoga session...

If you want an extra treat, try popping in some Lavender sprigs inside your bag and enjoy the fragrant benefits of this wonderful scented plant.

Use cold by placing the bag in the fridge or freezer stored in a zip lock bag... perfect to ease migraines or eye strain or simply a cooling relaxing treat in Summer...

Use warm by laying your pillow flat on a clean plate, spreading lupins evenly.
Place in your microwave that also contains a small cup of water and gently heat in 15 second bursts until slightly warm giving the bag a gentle shake after each burst.
Only apply on eyes slightly warm, not hot.

How to clean...
Hand wash cover only in cold water with a mild detergent.  If you do need to machine wash, then use the delicate cycle and use cold water.  Don’t use hot water as that may shrink the cover.  Stretch into shape and air dry, do not tumble dry.  Use cotton setting on warm/hot iron.
The insert is not washable but if you do need to clean anything off, use a baby wipe.

WARNING...
DO NOT overheat as this may cause burns to delicate skin areas or damage to the heat pack.
It may catch fire if heated for long periods.  Do not leave in microwave unattended.
Do not use if you have a peanut allergy as it may cause a reaction.
