Both our Eye Pillows and Heat/Cool Packs are filled with Australian grown Lupin Seeds and have 100% Cotton Removable Washable Covers for easy cleaning.  They can be gently heated in the microwave or cooled by placing them in the freezer or use the Eye Pillows at room temperature soothe sore and tired eyes and help relieve headaches and stress.
