Shipping policy
Shipping of regular items within Australia is a flat rate of $10 for Standard Shipping via Australia Post and $18 for Express Post - EXCLUDING large wooden Kits. The final cost of shipping will be viewed upon checkout. Feel free to contact me for any question concerning postage or if it seems excessive, I can give you a quote and make as special custom order if with the correct postage attached. If you don't do this, any overage will be refunded immediately via your payment method.
FREE Pick up option is also available for pick up at the Lewiston Location. This will only be available upon agreed time and day arranged via email or txt. Proof of purchase needs to be presented on pick up. Contactless pick up can also be arranged.
Orders sent via Standard Shipping are posted on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Express Post orders (excluding custom orders) are posted the following business day where possible. Express Post Custom or Personalized orders are posted the following business day when order is completed. Any orders placed over the weekend will be posted on the next business day.
Any delay caused by Australia Post is not the responsibility of Wild Wicks... if you need purchases urgently, please select the express post option at checkout but please keep in mind, there still may be delays that are out of our hands. Personalized and custom orders may take longer depending on production times and communication response times. If Custom orders are made, please check your emails regularly for communication throughout the day to avoid any delays in production of items. Please be mindful of placing orders that are required for a certain event. Allow enough time for postage to avoid delays. We will always get orders processed as soon as we can but cannot control Australia Post delivery times. Rural locations will always take longer. No refunds will be issued for packages that are abandoned or unclaimed by the buyer.
